Checking the internet for similar cruises, you will note that deluxe rooms for this mission are $800 to $1,000 less than advertised by cruise lines for 2012.

Our ship is the MS Viking Lomonosov.  Viking is the leading river cruise company in the world.  Singing Men of North Central Texas and their mission partners have chartered the entire vessel.  The staff of the ship is working with mission leaders to plan the best possible schedule for the concert tour.  (See the itinerary posted in this section.)

It is important to remember that the ship will be a river ship and not a cruise liner.  River ships are much smaller to navigate through rivers, so the living spaces are smaller.

The ship chartered for the April and September missions will house and cater to 202.  Lomonosov is 125 meters long and 16 meters wide.  She sails at 25 kilometers (14 miles) per hour.

Ground Price Includes

• Cabin in chosen category aboard the ship for 10 nights (based on availability).
• All meals, buffets and snacks served on the ship (includes breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday).
• Captain’s welcome and farewell receptions (non-alcoholic).
• All transfers to the ship and to ministry sites.

Partner Ground Pricing 

• Deluxe double rooms: $3,300.00 per person.   
• Jr. Deluxe double rooms: $2,900 per person (six available) 
• Deluxe single rooms: $2,800 per person (four available) 
• Standard class doubles: $2,200 per person

Air Price

April 2012 - Airfare is $1,715 per person. You may choose to:

2. Register by mail, or
3. Call Annie Betts at Travelink - (615) 367- 4900, ext. 2781 and explain that you need air with the Singing Men of North Central Texas mission to Ukraine.

Fall 2012 - Because air contracts now cannot be made earlier than one year before the trip date, the exact air price is still undetermined. Travelink will notify us as soon as they have an exact price. They are now estimating that the price will be approximately $1,850, and should not exceed $2,000. After the price is finalized a "Travelink Air Registration Form" will be posted on this website. You will mail the form directly to Travelink.
