Registration will be granted on a first come, first served basis and is based on availability. Any registrations that cannot be fulfilled will result in a voided and returned check. In addition, all Singing Men partners must register for both the ship and air separately.

Step 2: Register for the Ship

Simply download the form above, print the form, complete it, and mail it with $300 to:

Step 3: Register for Air

April 2012 - Airfare is $1,715 per person. You may choose to:

1. Register online, or
2. Register by mail, or
3. Call Annie Betts at Travelink - (615) 367- 4900, ext. 2781 and explain that you need air with the Singing Men of North Central Texas mission to Ukraine.

Fall 2012 - Because air contracts now cannot be made earlier than one year before the trip date, the exact air price is still undetermined. Travelink will notify us as soon as they have an exact price. They are now estimating that the price will be approximately $1,850, and should not exceed $2,000. After the price is finalized a "Travelink Air Registration Form" will be posted on this website. You will mail the form directly to Travelink.
